Ventrata expands partnership with Adyen to deliver better payments experience for booking platform

This expanded partnership improves the ticket purchasing experience for visitors to iconic sites like the Empire State Building, which was recently named the number one attraction in the world by Tripadvisor travelers. With new web widgets, visitors can now easily purchase tickets online using convenient payment methods such as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

These additional payment options not only offer more choice for visitors but also reduce friction during the checkout process. This enhancement leads to lower basket abandonment rates and higher conversion rates for online sales.

In addition, Ventrata customers are indirectly benefiting from Adyen’s risk management system. which uses a global cross-industry network of data to accurately make the best risk decisions and protect customers from fraud.
