Adyen has today announced the addition of Caoimhe Keogan to its Supervisory Board, which will after formal appointment comprise five members.

Keogan currently serves as Chief People Officer for Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC, a collection of leading and trusted brands in the price comparison space. She previously was Senior HR Business Partner at Google and SVP People, Places & Community at SoundCloud, and as such has proven experience with companies going through phases of rapid growth.

“Caoimhe has two decades worth of experience at growing tech companies and understands the importance of culture to generating long-term stability,” said Piero Overmars, Chairman of the Supervisory Board. “Her contribution will be extremely valuable as we continue our journey.”

“I very much look forward to supporting Adyen’s growth – it’s a great opportunity to join a company with a track record of success, and a strong company culture that is rooted in the Adyen Formula”, said Caoimhe Keogan.

Caoimhe is independent, as defined in the Corporate Governance Code. The appointment of Caoimhe was approved by the Dutch Central Bank (De Nederlandsche Bank) and will go into effect pending approval by shareholders in an upcoming EGM – a convening notice for which will be sent out shortly. The proposed appointment takes the Supervisory Board Profile and Equal Opportunity Policy into account.
