US Legal Orders
Adyen is committed to responding to legal orders regarding merchant and user information in a manner that protects the privacy of the relevant parties. We review each request on a case-by-case basis. Our policies and procedures govern how Adyen responds to such requests and requires that Adyen produce data only where a request is made pursuant to a valid legal order. All requests must be addressed to Adyen N.V. (San Francisco Branch).
Please note that requests addressed to the incorrect Adyen entity will not be processed until the error is corrected. The guidelines below delineate how to submit certain requests to the US legal department.
Law Enforcement Requests
Law enforcement requests must be submitted via electronic communication unless otherwise required by law. Please note that requests delivered via physical means will likely lead to delayed processing times.

Requesting agent’s badge/identification number;
Requesting agent’s employer-issued email address;
Requesting agent’s telephone number (including extension);
Requested response date (please allow at least 4 weeks for processing, unless another time period is required by law); and
Signature of the requesting official.
